What is included in a Cow Social?

Your private group will spend 45 minutes on the farm being hands on with the cows. Each private appointment is open to parties of one to six people (the $75+tax fee is for up to 6 people, not a per person fee). You will be able to learn about the breed, brush, feed and take pictures with our herd. 1-2 cows will be under the pavilion in a pen. The rest of the herd will be in the next pasture for you to view and feed. We supply all cow treats and brushes for your session, so just bring yourself!

Where are you located?

The Planted Hoof is located off of Route 257 in Radnor, Ohio. Our farm events are open by appointment only. We appreciate you respecting our home and understanding that drop in's are not allowed.

How do I schedule a Cow Social and how much is it?

Schedule your Cow Social through our booking calendar. The price is $75 +tax for up to 6 people. Please inquire prior to booking if your group includes 7 or more people.

When flowers are in season, you may choose to add on a flower you pick. $10 for a small jar or $20 for a medium jar. Add on is available on site. We take cash, card, or Venmo at the farm.

What about the fine print?

Closed-toed shoes are required while on the farm for your safety. We do not allow pets or alcohol on site. All participants will be required to sign our liability waiver prior to the start of your session.

*Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

What else do you offer?

We offer two types of bookings at the farm; private reservations (Cow Socials) and monthly group events (per person ticket price). Use our appointment calendar to view all available sessions, book your appointment and complete your session payment.

Cow Social Sessions (private reservations) are available for booking year round (limited in winter months). Contact us for inquiries about specials events or availability outside of what the calendar displays.
