The Planted Hoof is a private property. All guests must have a confirmed booking with event ticket or private appointment prior to entering the property. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who does not comply with our policies or behaves in a disruptive, unnsafe, or inappropriate manner. Guests must follow all posted rules and instructions from The Planted Hoof staff. Violations may results in removal from the property without refund. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.

All bookings require payment in full at the time of reservation unless otherwise stated. Pricing is subject to change, but the confirmed rate at the time of booking will be honored. Every guest over the age of 3 is required to have their own ticket regardless of event participation level for monthly group events. Every guest regardless of age is included in the total guest count for cow socials and large group events.

Bookings can be canceled or rescheduled up to 48 hours before the start of your appointment. A 50% refund will be given for any tickets canceled more than 48 hours from the start of your event (once tickets are purchased there will be no full refunds). If your event or private appointment gets cancelled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, we will make every attempt to reschedule. If rescheduling is not possible, the total amount will be refunded.

All guests are required to sign a liability waiver before participating in any activities. By booking or visiting The Planted Hoof, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of farm life and animal interactions, including but not limited to bites, scratches, allergic reactions, and accidental injury.

The Planted Hoof is not responsible for any injuries, lost items, or property damage.

Closed-toed shoes are required. No flip-flops or sandals.

Entry into restricted areas or unsupervised interaction with animals is prohibited.

Our animals are well-loved and cared for. Kindness and respect toward all animals is mandatory. Rough handling or mistreatment will result in immediate removal from the event or private booking without refund.

Animal interaction is guided by staff at The Planted Hoof. Always follow instructions when feeding or petting animals. Animal availability may vary depending on weather, health, or safety needs.

Smoking, vaping, alcohol, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited on the property. Service animals are welcome, however pets are not permitted in animal areas.

Please drive carefully on our gravel/dirt road. Parking is available in the back of the property past the greenhouse as well as overflow parking available near the hay field. Please see the map on our Home Page and follow directional signs once you arrive to the property.

Respect our land, animals, and equipment. Guests are responsible for any damages caused and may be charged accordingly.

The Planted Hoof may take photos or videos during your visit for promotional use on social media or our website. By attending, you grant permission for your likeness to appear in such social media unless you inform a staff member upon arrival.

Personal photos are welcome. Commercial photography requires prior written approval.
